Cabernet aromas of old plum, faded black fruites and slightly wild nettle notes (Malbec) a little chocolate and earthy qualities with toasty notable oak all add up to moderated complexity. Flavours reflect the nose with plum and black fruit flavours, dry to dry+ with medium+ tannins - finer dusty layers, still plenty of fruit to balance the acidity - medium; moderate+ length and overall has some complexity. Quite a dry finish pushing this wine into a 'probably best served with food' genre. Enjoy through 2013. 3.5 Stars”
