2010 Ransom Vin Gris

Made entirely from red grapes using the traditional saignée method, the juice had only a few hours with the skins to produce a delicate salmon pink rosé.  Strawberries and cream bouquet with a hint of rose petals, leads to a firm, fresh palate, combining savoury and sweet fruit flavours.  A good aperitif wine or for a long lunch. Serve chilled.
