2010 Ransom Grandmère Pinot Gris Doux Naturel

Naturally sweet as the name suggests, the stop-fermentation process was used to retain a moderate level of grape sugar. It has a peach and honeysuckle nose, leading into a nicely structured palate with the sweetness balanced by refreshing crispness and a lingering honeyed finish. Serve well chilled, either as a delicious appetizing aperitif or with a cheeseboard.
